DINING
New York City is stepping up to claim the crown of global culinary excellence, long held by Paris. While the City of Light has been synonymous with haute cuisine, the Big Apple is fast becoming a rival to watch. Here, exclusive restaurants go beyond serving meals—they craft experiences that nourish your soul as much as your taste buds. For those with discerning palates, dining in NYC is about more than food. It’s about indulgence wrapped in sophistication, where decadent dishes are presented with artistry, and the ambiance invites unhurried enjoyment. From perfectly curated menus to seamless service delivered by experts who know their craft inside and out, luxury dining in New York is an event in itself. If you are visiting for pleasure, business, or a special occasion, knowing where to find an extraordinary culinary experience is essential. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of New York City’s most exclusive luxury restaurants for 2025. Prepare to be enchanted, because this city is redefining the world of fine dining.
Per Se | French And American Fusion
This classy, beautifully decorated space has a dining room with an utterly amazing view of Central Park. We will tell you – Per Se is a slice of upscale Heaven. If you’re looking for absolute self-indulgence, Per Se is the place to be. And it’s no wonder since Chef Thomas Keller – the chef with the most Michelin stars to his name in the United States – is at the helm.
We recommend the nine-course tasting menu. The same ingredient is never used twice in the dishes.
Good to know Per Se has more than 2,000 bottles of wine curated to accompany the dishes.

Ai Fiori | Italian And French
You will find this lovely restaurant on the second floor of the prestigious The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue. The name means “among the flowers” in Italian. Fitting since there is such a bouquet of colors, textures and flavors to both the cuisine and atmosphere here. This Michelin-starred restaurant is unruffled and elegant.
We recommend Starting the evening with caviar served with gougères, chives, egg yolk, and crème fraiche. For your entrée – Long Island duck breast, rosemary, soubise sweet onion, huckleberry and pistachio.
Good to know Mixologists create some of the best cocktails. Try Rubies and Roses Milk Punch, fashioned from Hangar One vodka, Citadelle gin, rose petal black tea, and ruby red grapefruit. And the wine list is more than 100 pages long!

Jean Georges | Thai And French Fusion
Famous restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten owns and operates this establishment bearing his name. Located in Trump Tower, Jean-Georges, which has two Michelin stars, is well-known for being innovative with its dishes. A very unique spin on the experience is having the finishing touches of your choice completed at your table. You may order from the prix fixe menu or from the chef’s tasting menu. Either way, your taste buds will do a dance.
We recommend Wagyu beef tenderloin with black truffles, caramelized onions and potatoes.
Good to know Jean-Georges supports non-GMO farms. They also proactively search for sustainable, environmentally friendly products adhering to the ethos of clean, natural food.
