A Truly Remarkable Design
The design of the watch is based on the Radiomir dive watch fashioned for the Italian Royal Navy in the 1930s, and is inspired by William Fife’s classic yacht, the Eilean. The watch has a 45 millimeter case made from patina steel that looks gently worn right out of the box. It’s powered by a hand-wound mechanical P.6000 caliber water-resistant movement up to 330 feet and has a 72-hour power reserve.
Bronze accents – salvaged from the Eilean when it was restored – adorn the watch’s bezel, crown and caseback. Each element is expected to take on a unique patina over time, according to the brand. The watch also features a blue dial with a textured surface that mimics the yacht’s teak deck and whip stitching along the leather strap intended to imitate nautical knots. The side of its case is engraved with the boat’s dragon emblem.
